2. Enter your destination number follow by #

OPTION 2: Making Call Using Mobile Phone

2. Answer the call and enter your destination number follow by #

Sharing NJoy with loved ones

  • An activated Njoy prepaid user can register up to 20 phone numbers i.e: post / prepaid mobile numbers and fixed line numbers
  • Go to SMS Write Message
  • Type the following message:

    TO ADD A NEW PHONE NUMBER
    ADD
    TO DELETE AN EXISTING PHONE NUMBER
    DEL
    TO REQUEST A LIST OF ADDED NUMBERS
    GETP
    TO CHECK AIR TIME BALANCE
    GETP
  • Send to Njoy access numbers
  • You will receive an SMS Confirming the Registration / Deletion / Request for List.

Speed Dial Call Back (DID)

You can now pre-register your frequently called destination numbers with Njoy for easy calling. Each destination you registered will be mapped to a DID number. To call you only need to missed call to the DID number. Njoy then calls you back and connects you automatically to your desired destination.

DID Callback method of calling is only available for Njoy mobile phone users only. You can register up to 100 destination numbers.
 

 

How to get started?

1. Register your destination numbers with Njoy through Internet or SMS
2. Save the DID numbers in your mobile phone by creating a new contact

 

How to make call?

1. Perform a ‘missed call’ to the assigned DID number
2. Njoy calls you on your mobile phone
3. Answer the call and press 1
4. You are connected to your destination

Registering your destination numbers through Internet

1. Go to www.njoy.com.my
2. Log in to your Njoy account with your mobile phone number and password
3. Click on ‘My Phone Book’..
4. Key in the destination numbers and a name (optional).
5. Click the ‘Update’ button at the end of the page.
6. Save the assigned DID number in your mobile phone.

 

Registering your destination numbers through SMS


Method 1: Registering multiple destination numbers

This method allows the user to quickly save multiple destinations. The user can SMS up to 5 destinations at once.

1. Go to ‘Write Message’ on your mobile phone and compose the following message.Write

2. Send the SMS to any Njoy access number
3. You will receive an SMS reply on the success or failure of the saving. If successful, the DID number will also be provided.

 

Example:


We want to save 0162687377 & 0380732288. The SMS message is as follows: Save

You will receive the following reply SMS:Receive

 

 

Method 2 : Replacing a new destination to a specific DID number

1. Go to ‘Write Message’ on your mobile phone and compose the following message.Write

2. Send the SMS to an Njoy access number
3. You will receive an SMS reply on the successful save to DID

 

Example:


We want to save 0162687377 to Njoy DID 27193022. The SMS message is as follows:Save

You will receive the following reply SMS:Receive
